I always enjoy creating photographs that have a feeling of calmness. For this scene in a small coastal village in the UK, I really wanted to capture the quiet calm morning scene and the pretty light and I was so happy that I had my lensbaby edge 35 lens with me, being able to blur the image and have only that slice of sharpness really helped me to capture the calmness in front of me. This was a beautiful view and I am happy that I have a photograph to bring me back there whenever I see it.
